This is a full-stack role for a company building tools to analyze SaaS spend. Think something like "oops forgot to remove the guy who left a year ago from slack" or "didn't turn off that Docker container". SaaS services make a lot from accounts that aren't really doing anything - and thus there's a lot of money to be made in finding those accounts. The mention of AI below isn't spurious; they're using AI to do things for which no public API exists (learning workflows, etc).
This role is fully in-office in San Francisco. Their office is located in Cow Hollow, away from the BART lines, so you probably either want to live in (or be willing to move to) SF proper, not just other parts of the Bay Area.
